Pharmacology:
It is purely as intestinal remedy. It acts as a stimulant on intestinal mucous membrane and glands, especially the large intestine. It also acts on intestinal nervous. It is mostly used in symptomatic constipation. It is a general Purgative medicine is used with little warm water or honey before food to cure habitual constipation.
Other precautions as regards diet, exercise is essential. The persons who have sedentary occupation and use heavy, not easily digestible food and do not take sufficient physical exercise or have irregular habits of diets should first reform their habits.
For early relief white electricity or yellow electricity will be used with S Lass in hot water. It is best suited to lymphatic constitution. It contains Aloe capensis and Gentiana lutea, these two plants are very helpful in physiological disorders of mouth to anal canal i.e., GIT and specific for Intestinal cleaning.
