Pharmacology:
Sphere of action is on the lungs, pulmonary cell, bronchia and alveoli, mucous membranes. It is to be employed for open pulmonary tuberculosis, accompanied by purulent destruction, hereditary tuberculosis. It is related to Pettorale-2, and combines the action of Pettorale-2, Canceroso-5 and Venereo-1, and is consequently still more effective than Pectorale-2 for pulmonary tuberculosis with open purulent centers. It distinguishes itself from the Pettorale-2 in its composition, containing as it does the component parts of Canceroso-5 and whilst Pettorale-2, contains those of Canceroso-2, without Venereo-1. Pettorale-5 however just on this account is more effective for a hereditary tubercular disposition. It improves the functional efficiency of the stomach, relieves respiratory allergic condition acts on the glands and on cellular tissue of the organs. It is also used in pneumonia, tuberculosis, tumors, wounds, ulcers and gonorrhea.
