We drismayil.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday, Public holidays, other special days like strike or religious holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the possible shortest span of time, we ship through India Postal Service only. If you have not requested to private courier or other (if yes, additional shipping charges apply), we will ship your items via India Post only. How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?

The shipping charge is specified / applicable separately for every product (if not offering free shipping/ others). For multiple products ordered the program adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.

Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included (if not define separately) with the list prices, except special charges, is applicable in your region. But there will be an extra shipping charges for shipment, It depends on state / PIN code / territory, or country.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. We expect most orders are usually delivered within 5 to 8 working days, (It may depend on the service provider in your area). Delivery of all orders will be duly made to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Delivery Timeframes and Dispute Eligibility

When you choose “Normal Delivery” as your shipping option, your order will be sent via India Post, utilizing their regular mail service. Typically, we anticipate that delivery will take between 5 to 15 days. However, please note that in some cases, it may take up to 30 days for your package to arrive. If your order has not been delivered within 28 days, you will have the option to register a dispute and request a refund.

For customers who opt for “Speed Post” as their shipping option, we rely on India Post’s expedited service. Generally, Speed Post items within India are delivered within 72 hours to 7 days, depending on the accessibility of the delivery destination. Occasionally, delivery may take up to 15 days. If your order has not been delivered within 21 days, you will be eligible to register a dispute and request a refund.

If you choose “Courier” as your shipping option, we have the flexibility to utilize a private courier service provider in proximity to our store. However, please note that we cannot guarantee your preferred courier service provider. Instead, we are affiliated with India’s prominent eCommerce logistic partner, “Shiprocket,” and their shipping policies will apply.

We strongly recommend selecting India Post’s Speed Post option as it offers both speed and reliability. Kindly note that the estimated delivery timeframes provided are approximate and may vary based on factors such as the destination location, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring timely delivery and will assist you in resolving any disputes related to non-delivery.

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging tampers with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.  Also, please call us or email us (info@drismayil.com) at with mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
