Cancellation
At drismayil.com, we offer a limited cancellation window to help customers manage their orders effectively. However, since we process and dispatch orders promptly, cancellation requests must be made within a strict time frame.
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it or before dispatch—whichever occurs earlier. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible under normal circumstances.
If you wish to cancel your order:
- Submit a cancellation request within 6 hours of purchase or before the order has been dispatched.

- If your order has not been shipped, we will issue a refund of the product value within 5 to 7 business days.
- Please note that payment gateway charges, convenience fees, and any applicable taxes related to the transaction may not be refunded, as these charges are collected by third-party service providers.
In rare and exceptional cases—as per our internal policy and solely at our discretion—we may consider a cancellation after dispatch. However, if such a cancellation is approved:
- A management, processing, and transaction fee amounting to 30% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund.
- The customer must also comply with any return instructions we provide, including return shipping procedures if applicable.
We strongly recommend that customers carefully review their orders before confirming payment to avoid the need for cancellations. Once the cancellation window closes or the product is shipped, your order becomes final and non-cancellable.

Returns
We at drismayil.com strive to ensure that every product you receive meets your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions.
Our return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. If more than 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, we regret that we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange. It is your responsibility to inspect the item as soon as it is received and initiate a return request within the specified window.

Exchanges
We offer product exchanges only in cases where the item is received in a defective, damaged, or incorrect condition. To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Once we confirm the issue, we will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement, subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, we may offer an alternative solution such as store credit or a refund.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, and you are eligible for a return:
- You will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your returned item, once it has been received and inspected by our team.
- A gift voucher or store credit code will be sent to your email, which you can use for future purchases.
If the gift was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver’s address, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping for Returns (to Us)
If you are returning a product, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving a defective or wrong item). Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any refund issued will exclude the original shipping charge.
