The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, drismayil.com takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
REFUND POLICY
Cancelation
You can only cancel your order if your order has not been shipped. We will refund the 100% amount in 5-7 working days. If the order has been shipped, If it is shipped then please be informed that a management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.
Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, or 3 days gone by since delivery (whichever is earliest, which is effected on policy), unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We accept the return of products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Note – Please be informed that you have to pay for the return shipping fee. There is No Refund on Cash on Delivery (COD), you can only eligible for exchange with another product of the same price.
We only accept returns or refund, who has registered a complaint/return /dispute via our online dispute registration page. Link is here, https://drismayil.com/register-a-dispute/; we don’t accept any other dispute like oral talk or others.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines or products which is made by paper cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, opened bottles, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The refund amount may not cover the full amount which is you paid, but it will cover product price which is purchased from our website. However, may not cover convenience fee of banks, payment company, or our financial partner, and GST or others charges. It may depend on their policies.
Requirements for Returns
Must include a valid original purchase order number from drismayil.com, purchases made outside of drismayil.com must contact their seller for returns.
All returned products should be in the original packaging without any missing contents.
If you want to return the product then 70% of your order amount will be refunded as we deduct 30% for our courier and packing charges (For Prepaid Orders Only).
Refund processes could take up to 6-8 working days after the item is received.
We recommend adding a tracking number or delivery confirmation with your shipment to ensure your return is received (highly recommended for International returns).
There’s no refund on glass bottles only replacement can be done if a defective one is received.
For Item purchased in “Offers/Deals” only replacement and exchange can be done.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team via support@drismayil.com for more information.
Please be informed that you have to pay for the return shipping fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@drismayil.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Don’t worry, if you ordered a wrong product / or want to exchange it; Send us the picture of the product you got, pleases make sure it’s in original condition. You can send email us support@drismayil.com.
If we have sent you a Wrong Product by mistake then Reverse Pickup will be done for free. Shipping of the replacement product is also done for free.
If we have sent you the right product then Return shipping will be at the buyer’s cost.
As soon as the product is picked up from you, we dispatch the replacement simultaneously (time to resolution reduced by 3 days).
Only One Time Replacement is Free after that you need to bear the courier charges for both ways.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@drismayil.com, and send your item to Proprietor/director, C/o. Modern Electro-Homeopathy Clinic, Valanchery post, Kerala – 676 552, India.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Proprietor/director, C/o. Modern Electro-Homeopathy Clinic, Valanchery post, Kerala – 676 552, India.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over ₹ 2K, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy
Online Course Refund Policy
Refunds for online courses will be granted under the following conditions:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to drismayil.com (Modern Electro-Homeopathy Clinic) within 24 hours of the course enrollment date.
The request must include a valid reason for the refund.
Refunds will only be considered for courses that have not been accessed or completed beyond a specified percentage (e.g., 20%) of the total course content.
Once the course content has been accessed or completed beyond the specified percentage, no refunds will be granted.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Modern Electro-Homeopathy Clinic reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the specified criteria.
Offline Course Refund Policy
Refunds for offline courses (in-person or contact classes) will be granted under the following conditions:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to Modern Electro-Homeopathy Clinic at least 3 days prior to the course start date.
The request must include a valid reason for the refund.
Refunds will be subject to an administrative fee of ₹ 2000 to cover processing costs.
If a refund request is made within 3 days prior to the course start date, a partial refund may be granted, subject to review and approval by Modern Electro-Homeopathy Clinic.
Once the course has started, no refunds will be granted.
Exceptions
Modern Electro-Homeopathy Clinic may consider exceptions to the refund policy on a case-by-case basis, such as in cases of documented medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances. Requests for exceptions must be made in writing and accompanied by supporting documentation.
